Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of quantumintllc.com (the "Site"), operated by Quantum International LLC. By using the Site you accept them.

1. Information only

Content on this Site is general information about our services. It is not legal, financial, medical or compliance advice for your business.

2. No agreement through the Site

Requesting an audit or contacting us does not create a client relationship or any obligation on either side. Services are provided only under a separate written agreement that sets out scope, fees and terms. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.

3. The free audit

The audit and roadmap are provided free and as-is, based on information available to us at the time. They are an informed assessment, not a guarantee of results, and you are free to act on them with us or without us.

4. No performance guarantees

Search rankings, lead volume and revenue depend on factors outside our control, including search engines, AI platforms, competitors, market conditions and how you handle the leads produced. We do not guarantee specific rankings, lead counts or revenue.

5. Third-party tools

Our work uses third-party platforms. Those platforms set their own terms, pricing and availability, and may change them. Where possible, accounts are created in the client's name and remain the client's property.

6. Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information
• Hold the rights to any content, images or credentials you give us
• Review and approve AI scripts and automated messages before they go live
• Comply with the laws that apply to your industry and to your communications with your own customers

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Site, including attempted unauthorised access, automated scraping that burdens it, or submitting false information.

8. Intellectual property

Site content and our templates, checklists and methods remain our property. Work products delivered to a client are governed by the client agreement; the client owns their website content, domain, accounts and data.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The Site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quantum International is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Nothing here limits rights under a signed client agreement or rights that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, with disputes brought in state or federal courts located in Indiana.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date shows the latest version.
