• Our web host records technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.
• If we add analytics or a chat agent to this site, this policy will be updated to name them before they are used.

3. How we use it

• To prepare and deliver your free audit
• To contact you about your request and, if you become a client, to deliver and support the services
• To keep normal business records and meet legal obligations

4. What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your information.
• We do not add you to marketing lists without your consent, and every message we send can be stopped on request.
• We do not share your business details with your competitors.

5. Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate (email hosting, web hosting, and tools used to deliver work you have engaged us for), when required by law, or to protect our rights. Client work is governed by a separate written agreement.

6. Client data in AI tools

When we implement AI systems for a client, those tools are set up in the client's own accounts wherever possible, and the client's data remains theirs. For healthcare clients we scope systems so that protected health information is not processed by these tools. Specific terms are agreed in writing before any implementation.

7. Retention

We keep audit requests and client records only as long as needed for the purpose above and for normal business, tax and legal record-keeping, then delete them.

8. Your requests

Email info@quantumintllc.com to ask what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop contact. We may need to verify your identity.

9. Security

This site uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and access to enquiries is limited. No website or email system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

This site is intended for business owners and is not directed at children under 13.
